Do I agree the prices before you list?

Yes. We agree selling prices with you before your items are listed.

How do I keep track of my clothes?

Your personal account brings together your consignments, sold and unsold items, agreements, earnings and payment history. We provide your account details when it is ready.

Does a sale mean I’m paid immediately?

A recorded sale and an available payout are different stages. Payments follow your agreed terms and schedule after clearance and any applicable holds. You can see recorded payments in your account.
