Paid or converted
Amounts already recorded as paid to you or converted into store credit.
Cash balance
The remaining recorded cash balance. It may include sales awaiting clearance.
Store credit
The credit currently available to spend in the SecondSplit shop.
A recorded sale and an available payout are different stages. Payments follow your agreed terms and schedule after clearance and any applicable holds. Your Payments section keeps a history of recorded payments and conversions.

How do I get access?
We provide your account details when your SecondSplit account is ready. Then use Customer login to sign in and see your information.
Can I check it on my phone?
Yes. Your account works in your web browser, so you can check your items, agreements and payments from your phone or computer.
Does the cash balance mean I can be paid immediately?
Not necessarily. The cash balance can include amounts still awaiting clearance. Payouts follow your agreed terms and payment schedule.
